“Thug” is a word you can pronounce upon somebody to completely justify your distancing from them. When you say, “That person is a complete thug,” it becomes a blanket term used to demean someone beyond what they deserve. It is a word to be used with extreme care. When a person labels someone a thug, they feel justified in ignoring or cutting ties with that person because they believe they have good reason to label them as such.
That is deceit.
It is very deceitful.
Almost dangerously deceitful,
Because the human mind loves when someone pronounces something over another person, making it feel completely right to ignore them — when in truth, it gives no real right.
That is Satan knocking on your door !
